Course content
|
The Diploma Thesis is the final project of the master study fields Mathematics, Mathematics and Management, Mathematical Engineering, Financial Informatics and Statistics and Geomatics. The student has the topic of the Diploma Thesis and the corresponding work plan approved by his/her own advisor at the end of the 2th semester or at the beginning of the 3th semester of the master study. The student receives beginning instructions to start the work on the thesis from his/her advisor. Within the special seminar, the student will familiarize himself/herself with the relevant literature and will choose the appropriate methods. Then, the student will report these choices to the instructor, and also to other students at the seminar.
