This course is designed for students of technical colleges -in both bachelor's and follow-up master's programs - with interest in design. Weeks 1 - 13 Spatial practice. Creating drawing or, if necessary, spatial sketches or models. Creating own database of basic spatial forms. Combination of shapes. Basic technology of developing spatial models. Creating a simple spatial object of a shape corresponding to the assignment. Ongoing corrections of assignments. Continuous input, consultations and submission of seminar sub-tasks.

structuring and processing search reports about drawing procedures and composing 3D product sketches in 3D editors and free hands designing variants with a view to correctly linking the function and aesthetics of the product on ways of communicating with the contracting authority in order to identify his / her requirements about the technical and technological procedures of processing a 3D model of a product or prototype of a medium-demanding assignment about ways of critically assessing his own work in a discipline context |
Skills |

writes and equips visualization of the product search in the given thematic area, sketches the design variants of the produced product with respect to its technical functionality and aesthetic qualities, select the most appropriate option, his proposal and selection submits to the contracting authority and explains it with regard to the assignment and the established requirements, choose the appropriate modeling technology and design the prototype technology, creates a 3D model of medium-demanding product using standard modeling techniques, 3D editors and 3D printing, critically assesses his/her own work in the field context and style framework |

Skills |

through spatial exercises it creates its own database of basic spatial shapes, can combine these shapes, manages basic technologies of spatial modeling creatively creates a simple spatial object of the shape specified, casts more variations of basic shape compositions will evaluate the most suitable option and then finally implement it |
