Content of lectures: Introduction to the subject Content of current management, history of management Planning Organizing, organizational structures, organization unit in hospital Control, phase of control process. Deciding, principles of choice, decision-making process Quality management- terminology, history, approaches, models Meetings management Human resources management, personal planning Obtaining and selection of employees, selection process, job analysis Training and staff development, career planning Performance management, motivation, work evaluation Teamwork, solving problems in a team Leadership styles, characteristic of each styles, personality of manager
