Course content
1. Introduction to laboratory work, familiarization with the basic laboratory procedures and requirements 2. The basics of the correct storage of archaeological finds and their sorting upon acceptance 3. The methods of registering archaeological finds (laboratory registration, databases) 4. Basic treatment of archaeological finds in the dry and wet method 5. Cleaning archaeological finds by chemical means 6. Reconstruction of archaeological finds - anastylosis 7. Gluing and restoration of pottery 8. Preventive conservation - optimization of depository conditions for correct storage 9. Drawing documentation of artefacts 10. Photographic documentation of artefacts
