Course content
Thematic areas: 1. Selection of coordinate systems and coordinate transformation; mandatory geodetic reference systems in the Czech Republic; domestic coordinate systems. 2. Modern methods for direct collection of geodata, devices, and equipment; methods of indirect collection of geodata (close-range photogrammetry, UAV, LSS, aerial photogrammetry, remote Earth surveying). 3. Methods and strategies for processing geodata. 4. Evaluation of the accuracy of geodata collection methods and the quality of the resulting geodata. 5. Visualization and presentation of measured 2D and 3D data. 6. Available data sets used for archaeology in the Czech Republic. 7. Documentation in digital form and the design of data models; databases and exchangeable data formats.
