Legislation, institutional and procedural safeguarding of monument care - essence and principles of monument care, law on state monument care (basic areas of resolved issues), international documents, levels of monument protection, composition of heritage fund, Ministry of Culture - professional organization - executive body of state monument care (authorities of municipalities with extended powers, regional authorities) - owner of a cultural monument model; National Heritage Institute - purpose and role of a professional institution of monument care, founder, territorial competence, structure of NPÚ (NPI) and regional offices, main activities and professions, specialization, documentation funds, education (internal, external), presentations (publications, periodicals, websites, presentation cycles, exhibitions, media themes?); Monument care information systems; Performance of heritage conservation (activities of area guarantors and specialists, evidence and documentation, process of creation of expert opinions); Surveys in monument care (OPD, SHP, restoration survey); Archaeology in monument care - personnel capacity, structure of activities, division of activities / focus - regional specifics, cooperation with other departments of the workplace, recording and preservation of movable finds, scientific research, popularization and presentation, specifics of particular areas of research (objects managed by NPÚ, protected sites, documentation and register of immovable archaeological monuments, torsional architecture, garden art monuments, technical monuments, battlefields, execution sites, montan archaeology, landscape archaeology), organization of research with respect to human resources, applied methods, specialization of some workplaces, relationships to other archaeological institutions (forms of cooperation, regional archaeological commissions); Selected topics from archaeology in monument care (research of city centres, prospection, documentation and records, research of objects in the NPÚ administration, information systems).
