Course content
1. Cognitive process in archaeology - general characteristics 2. Sampling in archaeology 3. Methodology of a field research of complex startificated sites - definition and steps of archaeological field project 4. Excavation, stratigraphic analysis, synthesis and interpretation 5. Post-excavation phase - significance and examples of using quantitative methods of analysis and synthesis 6. Archaeological analysis of structures and architecture, choice of approaches to research of bilt-up areas
