Course content
Choice of method and practice of field research and field walking, map sources, geodetic devices, GPS locating, basic laboratory treatmen with artifacts, ecofacts and samples, co-operation in completation of documentation, databe analysis of data, site report, participation in field research, management of field works, documentation.

  • Practical training (number of hours) - 22 hours per semester
  • Attendance on a field trip (number of real hours - maximum 8h/day) - 120 hours per semester
  • Individual project (40) - 40 hours per semester

To orientate in the basic destructive and non-destructive documentation processes in archaeology

To be able to work in the field independently uder professional leadership
