Course content
1. Natural environment and climate changes at the end of the Eneolithic. The first pastoral cultures in Central Europe 2. Material culture of shepherds and nomads in the Bronze Age 3. Spiritual culture of shepherds and nomads in the Bronze Age 4. Iron metallurgy in Europe and the migration of nomads from Asia 5. Migration of the Sarmatians. 6. The beginnings of the migration of the nation in Europe. 7. Arrival of Avars in Europe 8. Treasures as an image of the cultural situation from the 7th and 8th centuries in the steppe zone 9. Steppe and forest-steppe in the 8th and 10th centuries. 10. Migration of Turkish tribes. 11. Cumans 12. Nomads in written sources and archaeology.

To summarize ethnogenesis, cultural framework, burial rites and material and spiritual culture in the light of archaeological sources within the monitored areas
To outline the expression of art of these societies

To identify basic outlines of material base of individual cultures in the monitored areas based on different settlement strategies in contrast with agricultural cultures
