Course content
|
The course is designed for students who wish to complete degree in the BA program Cultural studies of the Middle East in the respective academic year. It is an oral exam in front of a jury, which each part generally lasts about 15-30 minutes. The course and other requirements of the exam regulated by the Study and Examination Regulations of The University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. During preparation for the MA exam, candidates may use individual or group consultation meetings with guarantors of disciplines relating to the exam areas. The exam verifies the knowledge and skills acquired during the study especially in these subjects: KBS/URX Introduction to religious studies KBS/UJX Introduction to Judaism KBS/BFX Biblical phenomenology KBS/J1X Medieval and modern history of Judaism 1 KBS/J2X Medieval and modern history of Judaism 2 KBS/ZMX Jewish mysticism KBS/SJX Contemporary Judaism
