Course content
|
The teaching of this subject will mainly take place in blocks. A substantial part of the course will be realized by excursions, discussions and small workshops directly in institutions caring for cultural heritage or institutions, associations and societies focusing on the development of living culture. Excursions will provide students with an overview of institutions or organizations in which it will be possible to complete an internship. Part of the course will be acquaintance with preparatory activities before entering into an employment relationship: SWOT analysis and its use in applying for a job; job servers, profiles and professional networks; preparation of CV, cover letter and self-presentation on the labor market; job interviews and the conclusion of a follow-up agreement. The course will also provide an overview of the rights and obligations of employees; Labour Code; occupational safety in cultural institutions.
