Course content
1. The structure of the business letter. 2. The content and linguistic tools of the business request. 3. The content and linguistic tools of the answer to the business request. 4. The content and linguistic tools of the offer. 5. The content and linguistic tools of the answer to the offer. 6. The content and linguistic tools of the business agreement. 7. The content and linguistic tools of the amendments to the agreement. 8. The content and linguistic tools of complaints (as for quality ). 9. The content and linguistic tools of complaints (as for amount ). 10. Violation of Terms and Conditions (term of delivery, package and the marking of goods) I. 11. Styling and translating of the business correspondence.

to describe the specifics of each form of business correspondence in Russian
to describe the content structure of the various forms of business correspondence in Russian
to explain key terms used in business communication (especially in emails and letters)
to characterize content and formally the individual components of a Russian written business letter
to assign proper equivalent terms and steady turnarounds in Czech and Russian business correspondence

based on an analysis of the content structure to compile business letters in Russian language in accordance with all the formal principles of each type of business letter
to apply the principles of working with lexicographical manuals, portfolio and verification by means of an online search for writing business letters in Russian
to analyze its own communications of administrative functional style and perform a complex autocorecture based on acquired knowledge
analyze the content and structure of both sample and authentic business letters
to identify language and content deficiencies in communications created by other authors and to design their own solutions based on acquired knowledge
in building their own communications, take into account the stylistic specifics for the administrative functional style
