Course content
1 week Prerequisites and co-requisites Acquainting with the course and requirements for credit from the subject French in commercial practice 2. Labor contract - General information, types of contracts (fixed and indefinite contract), termination of employment contract by employee and employer. 2nd week Analysis of the employment contract. 3rd week Internal rules of the company, rights and obligations of employees and employers. Ensuring workers' rights through a strike. Week 4 Discharging employees for personal and economic reasons. Expiration period, severance, protection of employees' rights. 5th week Remuneration of workers, different types of salaries, income from work and property. Salary weight, payroll - their analysis. Criteria affecting salary. 6th week Verification of knowledge of the employment contract. Business definition, its role, realization of profit, income distribution, market issue - the law of supply and demand. Week 7 Continuous test of the subject 3. unit (contract of employment). Business definition, its role, realization of profit, distribution of income. Week 8 Fix the ongoing test. Main characteristics of individual businesses, their activities. Enterprises engaged in craft production. Week 9 Organizational Structure of the Enterprise - Tasks of Managers. Possibilities of written communication between enterprises. 10th week Individual legal forms of business and their characteristics. Comparison of joint stock company and limited liability company - advantages and disadvantages. 11th week Do business or not? Motivation for starting a business, problems with its establishment. Individual stages of setting up a new business - suitable business choice, business plan. Week 12 Establishment of enterprise, formalities associated with its establishment. Company statutes - analysis of published business information. Choosing the right location for a business location. Week 13 Final (credit) test (3 - 4 units).
