Course content
|
Business correspondence - business letters and basic types of business letters: a Letter of Request, reply to the Letter of Request, Letter of Offer, reply to the Letter of Offer, purchase contract (agreement), supplement to agreement, change of agreement, quality/quantity complaint and quality/quantity complaint report, complaint handling, breach of contract (breach of terms of contract).

Students acquire the fundamental written communication skills that will allow them to express their ideas effectively and efficiently, thereby preparing them for the demands of the business workplace. They are able to produce various business letters and projects. They master the techniques for persuasive argumentation in the given filed. |
