Course content
Work with authentic and didactically adapted professional and popular-educational German texts from the field of historical sciences. Analysis of content and grammar structures and lexically stylistic phenomena. To consolidate and deepen the knowledge of constructions and grammar phenomena typical for German scientific texts in the field of history. Analysis of German terminology in historical sciences. Czech-German language contacts and their use in acquiring German for the study of history. Working with sources and resources in German. German graphic systems and spelling in contrastive concept. The Importance of German for the Study of History (in the Czech and European Context) Presentation of the content of a professional text in German. Formulation of questions and conducting an interview over texts of a professional character in German.
