Course content
|
The course deals with written business communication and the functional development of language skills is linked to this. Particular attention is paid to punctuation and further practice and consolidation of professional vocabulary and basic structures. The course also introduces important business documents and introduces communication practices in today's corporate environment. Students practice writing letters and emails during seminars and at home in the form of homework assignments. Types of communication practiced: Business inquiries Orders Complaints, complaints Inquiries directed to the banking and insurance industries CVs and cover letters Social correspondence
