Course content
Week 1-2 Basic components of business letters, envelopes Week 3 Types of business letters: demand, offer, order, delivery of correspondence concerning the letter, payment, references, delayed deliveries, complaints, reminders and challenges, the application for an internship, a job, fairs, exhibitions, etc. Week 4 Demand (introduction, vocabulary, phraseology, model letters). Offer (in response to demand, supply provoked client spontaneous offer, printed advertisements, circulars) Week 5 Orders- reply to the offer, order confirmation, confirmation of order receipt Week 6 Correspondence relating to supplies (labels, shipment of goods, invoices, account statements, debit note, credit note) Week 7 Continuous Test Week 8 Payment - confirmation of receipt and release of payment, a confirmation of receipt. Week 9 Commercial references (requests for references, the response) Week 10 Correspondence relating to late delivery (model letters) Week 11 Final test Week 12 Final evaluation of the sample documents Week 13 Final evaluation of the sample documents
