Course content
|
Interpreting: characteristics, types, requirements on the interpreter, evaluation of interpreting process. Preparation before interpreting. Memory exercises: Russian names order, numbers, lists, reproduction of content. Informative interpreting. Translation of the dialogue into languages, discussions and monologue. Notation. Sight interpreting, comparison with translation. Interpreting lexically difficult expressions (generalization, description). Consecutive interpreting in both language directions with notation as well as without (basic information about a company, brief presentation)

to translate sentence sentences from Russian into Czech and vice versa and to apply the knowledge of morphology, syntax, lexicology and stylistics in this process |
