- Introduction of the study of the migration and integration, and the fundamental concepts. - Theory of migration movements. - Major European areas of immigration at the end of the middleages and at the outset of the modern times. - Migration from/to the Czech countries. - Issue of legal status of migrants: multiculturalism vs. "dominant culture" concept. - Groups in the pemanent migration movement. - Migration and ethnization. - Globalisation and migration: Comparative view on European models of integration. - Temporary migration, its functionality and social consequences. - Currency of ethnologic study of the present mass migrations.
