Course content
Applied anthropology. Project planning. Governmental institutions. Methodology of project planning. Basic definition of the Logical Framework Approach (LFA) and the SWOT analysis. Methods of problem definition and its role in the strategic and project planning. Interested groups analysis. Project planning - Goal analysis. Definition of purpose, goals and outcomes of the project. Project structure - Logical Framework Matrix. Project activities. Analysis of outcomes. Measurable indicators. Risk assessment. Baiscs of financial plannning. Základy finančního plánování projektu. Project proposal. Methodology of assessment of social, educational and integration projects and integration programs. Social marketing as an instrument of solution for social problems and strategies of social change.
