Course content
1. Folkloristics amongst the sociocultural anthropology, European ethnology and literary theory. 2. Folkloristic fieldwork as ethnography of expressive culture. 3. Folklore data as text, social communication and social construct. 4. Folkloristics between text and context. 5. Designing folkloristic field project. 6. Methodology of folkloristic field research. 7. Techniques of folkloristic field research. 8. Ethical dimension of folkloristic research. 9. Field folklorist between documentation and reflexivity. 10. Analysis, classification, indexing and interpretation of folklore texts.
