Course content
1) Principles of documentation management 2) Types and forms of documentation 3) The content of personal documentation 4) Principles of creating an individual plan 5) Duties of a personal data administrator 6) Protection of personal, sensitive and anonymous data in terms of law and ethics 7) Ethical aspects of work with documents and documentation in social work 8) Archiving documentation

  • Contact hours - 13 hours per semester

describe and explain the basic dilemma in social work

describe documents required by social services related legislation, as well as by the standards of social services, and explain their meaning
describe the principles of protecting personal, sensitive, and anonymous data
describe the duties of a social worker as a personal data administrator
explain the principles of reporting about clients

apply ethical principles to working with documents
maintain protection of personal, sensitive, and anonymous data
create a service contract, to identify the right conditions for an oral or written contract
create service agreements in ways comprehensible to different types of clients
create and manage written records after entering an oral contract
write a consultation record focusing on the fulfillment of individual plan and on its evaluation
complete an individual plan, update it and evaluate it
use records of applicants who have not entered into a contract
create informed consent agrements
