1. Introduction to the issue, communication of graduation requirements and mutual expectations 2. Principles of professional relationship between social worker and client and role conflicts 3. Reflection on setting the boundaries of intervention and cooperation with the client on model situations 4. Critical reflection on the example of the code of ethics of social workers in the field of contact work and the possibilities of its application 5. Contact work in the context of low threshold services 6. Field work with homeless people 7. Outreach work with substance users 8. Field work with sex workers 9. Work in low threshold facilities for children and youth 10. Social investigation (process, phases and methods) 11. Deprivation (process, forms and types) 12. Discussion of discrimination issues 13. Final reflection on the course content
