Course content
1. Historical context of European pedagogical concepts, historical and geographical conception 2. Europe in the 16th Century, Reformation, Lutheranism and Calvinism as a Key Environment of New Educational Concepts 3. Central Europe, German Concept, Contemporary Reflection of German Historical Development in Modern Times and Modern Times in the Educational Curriculum 4. Western Europe, the Portuguese and Spanish concepts 5. Contemporary Reflection of Overseas Discoveries in the Spanish and Portuguese School Curriculum 6. England, concept of the colonial power 7. Contemporary Reflection of Colonial History in the English School Curriculum 8. Northern Europe, Scandinavian Concept 9. Current reflection of the specific historical development of the Scandinavian countries in the Danish and Finnish school curriculum 10. Eastern Europe, Russian Concept 11. Eastern Europe, the concept of the Balkan countries 12. Contemporary reflection of Russian historical development in modern times and modern times in the Russian curriculum 13. Contemporary Reflection of Serbo-Croatian Development in Modern Times and Modern Times on the Examples of the Slovenian Educational Curriculum

The knowledge of factual and specialized literature on the topics discussed - demonstrates the ability of historical and didactic understanding of the development of individual European regions and their educational systems - demonstrates the skill to select, clearly compile and convincingly present his / her own professional presentation on the topic - orientates in the specifics of the curriculum systems of the European states (areas)
