Stalinism in the USSR: Lenin escalation of terror, collectivization, famine. 5. International Relations in the 20th years, the League of Nations. 6. The United States in the 20th and 30 years. 7. World economic crisis. 8. The phenomenon of National Socialism. 9. Intense international situation, the crisis SN, the beginnings of appeasement. 10. Spanish Civil War. 11. Prewar diplomacy: Munich, the Molotov ? Ribbentrop. 12. World War: the basic periodization, a major battleground and queue. 13. Peace in the next war: Tehran, Yalta, Potsdam

consequences of the Central Powers' defeats in the Great War. It will describe the attempt to create a new international system and its weaknesses. It analyzes the importance and influence of totalitarian political directions, especially communism and national socialism. It will assess the impact of the global economic crisis on the internal policies of major countries and international relations. On examples (Spain, Abyssinia, Czechoslovakia) will explain the policy of appeasement. It evaluates the course and consequences of the Second World War. Can define and document the Holocaust. |

historical argumentation, comparison of historical phenomena, application of historical knowledge in spoken written language, didactic applications of historical knowledge. The student will develop the basic chronology of the world history of the first half of the 20th century, will be able to argue with the historical events of the modern age, to generalize and apply the acquired knowledge, and will focus on professional literature on the world history of the 20th century. |
