Course content
Mentally disabled person and her personality Early care and pre-school education of mentally disabled children Primary education of mentally disabled pupils Professional preparation and continuing education of mentally disabled persons Principles of mentally disabled person?s education. Inclusive approaches in the education of mentally disabled children and pupils. Use of experience pedagogy and alternative elements and methods in the education and upbringing of mentally disabled individuals Creativity in the education of mentally disabled persons Options of modern technologies use in the education of mentally disabled persons. Specifics of education end personal growth of mentally disabled seniors.

  • Preparation for formative assessments (2-20) - 5 hours per semester

Knowledge
Student manages background knowledge from enclosure special pedagogy, further from pedagogy and didactics his approval, psychological disciplines (evolutionary psychology, individual psychology, patopsychologie), biology man and survey actual school legislature.
learning outcomes
Student can understand the educational specifics of mentally disabled people, reflect the approach options to such disabled children, pupils, students and adults while educating them, and are able to practically apply these options, including the creation of individual educational plan.
