1. Directive and non-direct ways of intervention, aid systems and control systems 2. Personality of the assisting worker - the energy side of the aid, the boundary of the worker-client relationship, the help paradoxes, the problematic places in the worker-client relationship, the burnout syndrome, the syndrome of helping 3. Ethics of helping professions 4. Phase of work with the client 5. Interview as the main method of social pedagogical work, principles and ways of conducting interviews 6. Group work with clients, community 7. Mediation and probation as conflict resolution methods, alternatives to working with clients 8. Volunteer work with clients
