1. The concept of health and healthy personality. Mental hygiene and its importance. 2. Prevention of psychosomatic diseases. Diagnosis, prevention and stress management. 3. The importance of psychosocial skills in mental health protecting. 6. The role of nutrition in disease prevention. Healthy eating habits. Psychosomatics. 7. Diseases, how to prevent them and how to treat them. Natural aplication of health protect. 8. Biological assumptions of healthy parenting. 9. Physical activity and its impact on the human life, its role in disease prevention. 10. Accidents and injuries. Safety and health protection. First aid. 11. Health physical education.
