Active listening - techniques of functions in pedagogical communication. 8. Presentation skills - lecturing, defense of the project. 9. Basic methods of assertiveness and transactional analysis. 10. Crisis Communication - Basic Rules, Technique. 11. Conflict Psychology - Strategies to Confront and Prevent Conflict Situations 12. Teacher Psychohygiene - Prevention of Burnout Syndrome. 13. Final evaluations.
