Course content
1. Characteristics of terms relating to crisis intervention - crisis and crisis situation or emergency, emergency situation ... 2. Crisis in human life 3. Conflict situation, the response to the conflict, successful conflict management 4. Crisis as a special type of difficult life situations 5. Triggering crisis, specificity crisis situations, types, and during the crisis, 6. The behavior of the crisis, crisis response, techniques of coping with crisis situations 7. Crisis intervention, principles of working with people in crisis, ethical aspects of crisis intervention 8. Principles and objectives of crisis intervention 9. Basic phases of crisis intervention 10. Social support in crisis, crisis intervention facility, informal assistance in crisis 11. Social-psychological characteristics of a crisis worker. 12. Analysis of case studies from practice and communication skills
