Course content
1. Subject of psychopathology and its basic categories. 2. Personality normality. 3. Etiopathogenesis of mental disorders, new research in this field. Transcultural characteristics of mental disorders. 4. Instinct disorders. 5. Disorders of perception and imagination. 6. Disorders of memory and attention. 7. Emotional disorders. Disorders of consciousness and behavior. 8. Personality disorders. 9. Mental retardation, errors of metabolism. 10. Neurotic disorders, development of opinions on the etiology of neurotic disorders. 11. Affective disorders, schizophrenia and mental disorders with delusions. 12. Organic mental disorders. 13. Specifics of mental disorders in children.

Learning activities and teaching methods
  • Contact hours - 39 hours per semester
  • Preparation for an examination (30-60) - 30 hours per semester
  • Undergraduate study programme term essay (20-40) - 15 hours per semester

- describe the difficult life situations, their causes and ways of dealing with them
