1. Methods of psychology with an emphasis on self-knowledge. 2. Introspection. 3. Social perception. 4. Pantomime, psycho. 5. Nonverbal communication. 6. Games of nonverbal communication. 7. Transactional Analysis - a practical exercise. 8. Playing roles ? solving of problem situations from various ways of life. 9. Assertive bevaior and its basic types. Techniques of assertive behaviour. 10. Art of listening and conflict resolution principles.
