Course content
1. Project method in foreign language teaching. Classification of speech skills and their place in teaching Russian language at primary school. 2. Methodological foundations of teaching reading. Working with text in RJ class at primary school. 3. Methodological basics of listening comprehension in RJ class at secondary school. 4. Methodological basics of teaching speaking in Russian language at primary school. Overcoming the language barrier in speaking. 5. Methodological basics of teaching writing in German lessons at primary school. 6. ICT in teaching RJ at elementary school 7. Error in traditional and modern conception. Diagnostics and evaluation in teaching Russian at primary school. 8 .. EJP evaluation tools, SERRJ. 9. Socio-cultural competences, intercultural communication and use of authentic materials in teaching Russian at primary school. 10. Integration of general education subjects into RJ teaching at primary school. 11. Cross-curricular topics and key competences of FEPs in teaching German at primary school. 12. Workshop with teacher from practice.

Knowledge
use basic terms of didactic discourse in both Czech and Russian
explain the theory of textbooks, determine the criteria for the selection of textbooks and describe current trends in the creation of foreign language textbooks
characterize the input factors of the teaching process and the scientific environment of the field didactics
summarize the findings from the observation and block practice
Skills
take into account the role of the mother tongue in teaching Russian language
plan, execute and evaluate the whole lesson and evaluate the lesson realized by the classmates
to propose effective strategies and specific exercises (from the textbook and own) to language skills training and to comparative exercises to eliminate inter-language interference using ICT tools
use different organizational forms of teaching
use materials from online databases for teaching Russian language
apply procedures of different methodological directions in foreign language teaching
communicate in Russian at level C1
