Course content

The theoretical part: 1. Pedagogy of leisure time activities. 2. Didactic principles applied to movement recreation. 3. Planning (training unit, thematic plan, long-term plan) 4. Seniorsport. 5. Type of training units. 6. Pedagogical assessment, diagnostics. 7. Experiential pedagogy Practical part: Implementation of training units for different types of target groups (parents with children, pre-school teachers, younger school age, elderly school age, seniors, patients - cardiac, obese, diabetics, etc.)
