Course content
|
Introduction to teaching, safety instructions, credit requirements. Creation of exercise plans for different age and functional groups of individuals, health bases of applied programs. Health related programs in fitness - stretching and toning exercises. Fitness-oriented programs in fitness - elements of functional training. Fitness-oriented programs - aerobic programs. Health and functional bases for weight training and strengthening on machines. Exercises in fitness - health aspects of strengthening back and abdominal muscles. Exercises in fitness - health aspects of strengthening the muscles of the chest and shoulders. Exercises in fitness - health aspects of strengthening arm muscles, deep stabilizing system of the spine. Exercises in fitness - health aspects of strengthening pelvic muscles, the correct position of the pelvis. Exercises in fitness - health aspects of strengthening the muscles of the lower extremities. Credit test, fulfilling credit requirements.
