Course content
|
Instruction on Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Rules in Teaching. Basics of acrobatics of individuals, pairs and groups. Practice of acrobatic elements and their sequences of higher difficulty. Jumps on small and big trampoline. Gymnastic strengthening exercises in physical education. Gymnastic specialized preparations, strengthening of individual muscle groups without and with use of hand apparatuses and on equipments. Methodical-organizational forms of fitness gymnastics.
