1. Swimming training of all swimming styles; 2.Training of somersault turns and dive start of all swimming styles; 3. Analysis of techniques based on video; 4. The most common mistakes in technique and their elimination; 5. Practical introduction to basic training methods; 6. Development of special swimming speed and endurance; 7. Elemental swimming and technical training. Physical education and sport: 1. Organization, credit requirements, safety rules 2. Training of backstroke 3. Repetiton of backstroke, training of freestyle/crawl 4. Improving the character of freestyle/crawl and backstroke 5. Repetition of freestyle/crawl and backstroke, dive start 6. Training of breast stroke 7. Repetiton of breast stroke 8.-10. Repetiton of all swimming styles, somersault turns and dive start 11.-12. Butterfly training 13.-14. Technical exercises of all swimming styles, somersault turns for the medley relay swimming 15. Endurance swimming 16. Swimming underwater 17. Fartlek - some game with speed 18.- 20.
