Course content
Technical and performance improvements for all swimming styles. 2. Endurance swimming II. 3. Practical examples of modified training units. 4. Analysis of swimming techniques using video. 5. Improvement of somersault turns using video. 6. Basic orientation in the field of water rescue.

  • Preparation for comprehensive test (10-40) - 20 hours per semester
