Course content
|
Anatomical and neurophysiological principle of individually optimal posture. Assessing of the postural function level (static and dynamic components). Postural disorders and their prevention. Didactic principles of compiling the movement program for younger school age children. Breathing exercises. Primary prevention of selected civilization diseases. Practice and improvement of the two swimming styles, start jump and basic water rescue techniques. Organizational and legal securing of swimming lessons at elementary schools.
