Course content

1. Preparatory excercises from combative sports 2. Judo - falls, throws (flying mare), defeats/knocking over 3. Karate - punches, kicks, hand strikes, deflecting movement 4. Aikido - hand-hold and grip clothing 5. Self-defense - against strikes, kicks, hug, choking 6. Theory: the development of motor skills using combat sports. Division of combat sports. Theory and methodology of karate, judo, aikido.
