Course content
1. The legal system of the Czech Republic, basic legal concepts and the system of law in the Czech Republic. 2. Health care law and the health care system in the Czech Republic. 3. Rights and obligations of healthcare workers 4. Rights and obligations of patients. 5. Mandatory confidentiality in connection with the provision of health services. 6. Protection of personality and personal data versus the right to information. 7. The human body and dealing with parts of the human body from the point of view of law. 8. Legal responsibility in health care - civil liability. 9. Legal responsibility in the healthcare sector - Labor law responsibility 10. Legal responsibility in the healthcare sector-Criminal liability.

Knowledge
The student understands selected legal concepts, knows the basic principles of law, orients himself in the legal system of the Czech Republic, understands its application and implementation in physiotherapy practice, knows the rights and obligations of healthcare workers and patients.

The student acts and finds solutions in accordance with legal principles and the legal order, applies theoretical knowledge to model situations, defines the basic rights and obligations of a healthcare worker, recognizes the type of responsibility relationship
