. Responsibility of States in International Law - conditions (wrongfulness, attribution), content, consequences of breach of mandatory norms 2. Unilateral and collective measures of coercion in international law (retorsion, counter-measures, UNSC actions, sanctions) 3. Obligation of peaceful settlement of international disputes, international justice, International Court of Justice 4. Diplomatic and consular law; permanent missions to international organizations, other foreign organs of state 5. Forms and means of international economic cooperation 6. International cooperation and regional agreements, regional organizations (Organization of American States, African Union, Arab League), European regional international organizations (Council of Europe, OSCE, European Union), NATO 7. Cooperation in the field of environmental protection and the fight against climate change 8. Cooperation in the field of punishment of crimes under international law - genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, International Criminal Court 9. | Předmět umožní studentům porozumět mechanismům mezinárodního práva veřejného a jeho základním konceptům. Studenti získají povědomí o ústředních problémech spojených s aplikací mezinárodního práva na aktuální dění ve světě. |
