Course content
1. Introduction to the class. 2. The meaning, concepts, origins and reasons of Intellectual Property Law 3. Categorization and Types of the Intellectual Property Law 4. History of the Intellectual Property - International Treaties and Conventions 5. Copyright 6. Designation industrial property - trademarks, appellation of origin. 7. Solution industrial property - patents, utility models? 8. Other intellectual property - domain names, know-how, trade secret 9. Licensing IP, Enforcement of IP 10. Team presentations. The course is though in English language.

Knowledge
orientate in the basics of law as a normative system, have theoretical and practical experience in the basics of the Czech legal system and intellectual property law
knowledge of English at least level B2
