First Introduction to the course. Ethical aspects of enforcement and execution, relationship lender a debtor from legal and sociological perspective. Second Enforcement of Judgments in Roman law. 3rd Enforcement in the Czech lands until 1896. 4th Enforcement in the Czech Lands between 1896-1945. 5th Enforcement in the Czech lands from 1945 to the adoption of the legislation in force. 6th The history of the bailiff profession in France. 7th Enforcement of decisions and execution. Executors and execution activities. Employees of executor. 8th Methods of execution of the writ. Other activities executor. 9th Autonomy executors. 10th Disciplinary responsibility of the executor, a trainee candidate. 11th Execution costs, expenses authorized, the enforcement official. 12th Major Decisions of the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court in matters of execution and enforcement.
