Course content
Management of foreign property. Inheritance law ? notion, principles, assumptions of inheritance. Testament Contract of inheritance and reference. Intestacy hereditary succession; Compulsory part. The transition of inheritance to the heirs - acquisition of inheritance, administration of inheritance, division of inheritance, transition of debt. Copyright. Relative property rights - notion, principles, contractual legal relationship, rise of obligations. Subjects and content of contractual legal relations; Contract? notion, types, conclusion of contracts. Contract - completion (content, form, effects), obligations from contracts concluded by consumers. Change in obligations in subjects and in content. Securing and affirmation of the debt. Discharge of obligations

Knowledge
Graduate will understand the role and place of the law of succession, and a general law of obligations in the private law system and will acquire knowledge of the basic institutes of these areas of current law. Based on the knowledge gained the graduate will be able to describe the role and function of inheritance law and general contract law, as well as interpret and apply the legal rules governing their main institutes.
