Foundations of the structure in the CR Or privacy - the constitutional principles of fundamental rights and freedoms, international conventions Private legal protection - protection of personal rights, trade secrets, etc. Intellectual property - copyright, design rights Basic of information protection and public information systems - protect administrative law, criminal law Mode of information handling in accordance with special laws - the law on classified information, the Law on Free Access to Information.
