Course content
1. Corporate lawyer or Attorney at law - Labor law at particular phases of the employment relationship - procedures prior to the establishment of the employment relationship, employment contract, termination of the employment, employee claims following the termination of the employment. 2. State Labor Inspection Office - Inspection activities in the area of occupational health and safety and compliance with labour regulations, inspection of illegal work, work (occupational) accidents and their documentation. 3. Employment Office - active and passive employment policy measures coordinated through the Czech Republic's Employment Office and its regional branches, including satisfying employees' claims in the event of employer insolvency dependent work performed by foreigners (can be divided into two thematic blocks). 4. Judge, Mediator - Individual labour disputes and their solution. 5. Trade union representative, employer representative - Collective bargaining and collective labour disputes and their solution. 6. Executioner, Insolvency Administrator - Enforcement of employees' claims arising from labour relations, including claims for compensation for damage caused to employees by occupational accidents or diseases, including the specifics of enforcing such claims in execution and insolvency proceedings and the institution of wage deductions. 7. Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs - Employment agencies and agency employment, and other activities of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs within the framework of individual and collective labour relations. 8. State Attorney - Performance of dependent work in certain specific life situations and other relationships involving participation in work (child labour, secondary school and university professional practice, performance of work during a prison sentence). 8. Regional Social Security Administration Office, General Health Insurance Company - social security and health insurance contributions of employees and employers, administrative offenses in this area, and decisions on them.

It is advisable that the student have completed or is at least enrolled in the course Labor Law I.
