Course content
The course will be focus on the established case law of the high courts, particularly in the following areas: - Legal facts in labour-law relations - Dependent work and the formation of an employment relationship - Fixed-term employment contracts - Termination of employment - Consequences of invalid termination of employment - Fair remuneration - Duty to compensate for harm. At the seminar, students will present the assigned case law. A discussion will follow. The teacher will then add additional case law related to the topic. The implications of the case law for application practice are highlighted.

To enroll in the course, it is advisable for the student to have completed or at least enrolled in the course Labor Law I.
