Course content

1. The concept of criminal procedure law and criminal procedure, basic principles of criminal procedure, sources of criminal procedure law 2. Subjects in criminal proceedings - the authorities of criminal proceedings 3. Subjects in criminal proceedings - the accused and his/her defence councel, the injured person and the participating person 4. Providing of person and things for purposes of criminal proceedings - detaining and custody of the accused, edition and taking away of a thing, personal and house search (warrant) 5. Evidence in criminal proceedings 6. Decisions in criminal proceedings 7. The course of criminal proceedings;pretrial proceedings 8. Court proceedings;trial 9. Appeal and other ordinary remedies 10. Extraordinary remedies 11. Diversions in criminal proceedings 12. Criminal proceedings in juveniles cases 13. European Arrest Warrant
