Course content
1. Liability of youth for unlawful acts; criminal liability of juveniles; a liability of a child younger than 15 years 2. Criminal sanctions - a concept, kinds, a system of criminal sanctions; penalties - a concept and purposes of a penalty, sentencing and performing of penalties; aggregate and summary penalty; penalizing of recidivism and of an offender of a criminal act for an organized criminal group 3. Protection measures - a concept and purposes of protection measures; kinds of protection measures; imposing of protection measures; expiration of a penalty and effacement of a conviction 4. Sanctions system in juveniles criminal law 5. A system of the special part of criminal law; offences against life and health 6. Offences against freedom and personality rights 7. Offences against human dignity in sexual sphere; offences against a family and children 8. Offences against property 9. Economical offences 10. General dangerous offences; enviromental offences 11. Offences against the order in public matters 12. Offences against humanity, peace and war offences, offences against the Czech Republic, foreign state and international organization, offences against a compulsory service; soldiers offences 13. European dimension of criminal law

master and deepen knowledge about material criminal law, i.e. of its general and special part
they gain knowledge about institutes of juveniles criminal law and of criminal sanctions

To acquaint with a lecture and discussion with the theoretical foundations of criminal substantive law focusing, among other things, on the criminal responsibility of youth and legal persons

Practicum
To control the bases of criminal responsibility from TR1, the system of a specific part of the Criminal Code, to be able to break down individual crimes of crimes in terms of their structure and species, from the point of view of fault issues and the application of sanctions. To be able to judge the concurrence of criminal offenses in practice, to apply theoretical knowledge from TR1 in the concrete practice of a particular part of the Criminal Code, to orientate in the peculiarities of crime assessment of juveniles and legal entities.

Know the complex basis of criminal liability and the constituent part of the Criminal Code. To be able to characterize the criminal offense, its features, the cagtegorisation of criminal offenses, to break down the factual nature of the offense, its features and its application, the conditions excluding illegality, the extinction of criminal responsibility and punishment. Respond to issues of misconduct, multiple crime, synergy and participation as well as to demonstrate the knowledge of punishment and its specification to youth and legal entities. To be able to analyze individual facts of the particular part of the tr. Of the Code in the context of interpretative practice.
